Which Class Is For Me

Cardio Blast- Mix it up with this 45min session that’s both challenging and fun    Combining basic aerobics with punching, kicking, step and lots more,  this class can be modified for your fitness level.


Spin- Spin class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity racing followed by recovery. *Spin Express- Same format but shorter class (40mins)


Sprint 8- Another great spin class but in 30 minutes.  Timed 30 sec sprints followed by 90sec recovery -X8.


Group Active- Activate your Life!  Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active® will increase your cardio fitness, build strength and improve balance and flexibility. Great music and instructors. 


Ab-blaster-Target your core muscles while strengthening your lower back, improving athletic performance and posture.


Yoga- You will be lead through a series of postures and breathing techniques to help develop flexibility, improve muscle tone and core strength, and aid in relaxation and stress reduction.


Power Yoga- Yoga but with more challenging poses that help build and sculpt muscles while you stretch and relax.


Power Punch- The hottest cardio, resistance training and core combo class.  Participants incorporate cardio drills, boxing punch combos, and strength and core work for an ultimate full body workout.


Circuit- This class is a timed full body workout incorporating cardio and strengthening using multi-joint exercises.


Conditioning Classes– Maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.  Blast your system with a variety of cutting edge cardio, muscle endurance and resistance training exercises.


HIIT- HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING is a training technique of intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods, burning more calories in shorter time.


Bootycamp– All things Booty!


Wake up & Shake Up-Both cardio and toning in one class!  Four rounds of 5 minutes of various cardio routines followed by 5 minutes of toning exercises. End the hour with a well earned 10 minute stretch. Lots of variety and fun every class.


KickboxingLearn “Real” Fitness Kickboxing combinations and kick techniques.  From the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance, footwork, kickboxing drills and combinations utilizing focus pads and partner training, abs routine and cool down stretches.


Bootcamp- Incorporating drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness, you'll move from station to station. Total body workout!


Zumba- Dance your way to a fitter you!  A fitness party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms.  


Body Sculpt- A class to benefit all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.  Designed to strengthen and tone all muscle groups using various pieces of equipment. No cardio.


Freedom Friday: As if Fridays aren’t already a great day, surprise your body from week to week with a 45 minute fitness treat! Like a box of chocolates, you never know what to expect.


On the Ball- Grab a stability ball and join us for this full length, total body sculpting workout that’s designed to help build balance and coordination along with strength and definition.


Powersculpt- This class builds muscle strength and definition. Optional hand held weights, balls and weighted bars guarantee a full body workout. This 90min class will include weights and core work.


POOL CLASSES                                                    

Joint Action- A gentle way to condition joints this class is designed to benefit those with mobility issues like severe arthritis, and hip/knee replacements which responds well to warm water.. A health professional’s consent form is required to participate.


Gentle Movement: A Light, low impact, joint-friendly workout Great for those who are looking to ease into physical activity and who don’t require JA.


Half & HalfHalf cardio and half toning exercisses designed to strengthen your muscles while working your heart and lungs.


AquafitEasier on the joints, this high energy workout adds a unique element of resistance training.


Aqua HIIT- Brief bursts of high intensity work followed by a recovery period.  Designed to boost metabolism and burn more calories than steady state cardio exercises
