Hello there!
I'm Jackie and I'm here at New World Family Health and Wellness Centre as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor.

Physical Activity has always played a big part in my life, from playing on different sports teams since childhood to becoming a commercial diver over a decade ago! My love of active and adventurous living has found me involved in everything from cross country skiing, diving, windsurfing, waterskiing, and hiking just to name a few. I have committed myself to living a healthy, active lifestyle and would love to help you do the same.

Here at New World, I have been involved in developing programs to meet the needs of your entire family. I am here to help you understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve your overall quality of life. I will be there to encourage you every step of the way."
