Which Class Is For Me?


A high intensity, low impact workout in a group setting. Join our instructors and other members for a group ride through a challenging terrain guaranteed to keep your heart and lungs in shape. The beauty of studio cycling is everyone gets to work at their own pace and no one knows how hard you’re working except you. After a couple of classes you’ll be wondering why you never tried it before! Check out our  schedule  so you can see for yourself the variety offered.

Spin:
Spin classes provide an excellent aerobic and anaerobic workout to help condition your cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. The techniques used and terrain travelled will vary with the instructor. Participants must pre-register at the Service Counter.
