Which Class Is For Me?


Classes marked (*) participants MUST pre-register at the service counter or by phone (368-3422).

20/20/20 (60 min)

Interested in a class that provides a variety of challenges in a fun and relaxing environment. Come try 20/20/20, where you will experience 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of toning, And 20 minutes of abs and relaxation.

Cardio Kick (55 min)

A class that will kick you cardio into high gear! Combinations of punching and kicking are used in this class. For all fitness levels.

Spin (55 min)

Indoor cycling provides an excellent aerobic & anaerobic workout to train your cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. The techniques used and terrain traveled will vary with instructor.

Spin Xpress (30 min)

Same great class in 30 min.
