Which Class Is For Me?


For classes marked (*) participants MUST pre-register at the service counter or by phone (368-3422).

Circuit (30 min)

To help prevent osteoporosis and improve muscle strength, weight-bearing exercises are a must. Circuit classes are a super place to do this with fitness professional.

Bodysculpt (55 min.)

This class includes exercises to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. Several levels are demonstrated so everyone can benefit. Various weights and resistance bands are provider and used throughout the class.

Ab-Blaster (25 min) & (15 min)

Looking to tone and strengthen your abs? This is your class! Improve athletic performance, posture, and support your lower back, by targeting the muscles of your core.

Yoga (55 min)

You will be lead through a series of postures and breathing techniques to help you develop flexibility, improve muscle tone & core strength, and aid in relaxation and stress reduction.
