Intervals of floor aerobics and body toning. A class for all fitness levels.

Latin Dance (55 min)

Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting Latin moves and rhythms.

20/20 (40 min)

20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of stretch/relaxation.
