Cardio Boot Camp (40 min)

Push your fitness level to new heights! Cardio will be challenging; exercise will be entertaining; music will be motivating! Smile and salute this new class!

Gliding Express (30 min)

Gliding™ uses small gliding disks to work multiple muscles, strengthening and lengthening at the same time.Transform your toning workout and take it to a new level!

Zumba (60 min)

Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique latin moves and rhythms. Zumba, the class that is taking the world by storm! Taste of Zumba (30 min) - same great class in 30 minutes!

Step & Tone (45 min)

Mix step aerobics patterns with toning intervals. A great combination of cardio and muscle conditioning.
