And, let’s not forget the longstanding and ever popular Stair Masters,Life Steps, Cybex Arc Trainers and Precor EFX Elliptical machines. For those who want an intense gluteal workout while getting their cardio at the same time, there is also a Cross Robics machines to help put members through their paces!
