No new Mom should have to feel guilty about leaving their baby behind because they want to do something for theirselves. Bring your baby with your!! A great way to meet other new moms, get in shape, feel energized and more importantly, have fun while bonding with your baby! Each class your instructor will lead you in light exercises and stretches that will keep your muscles warm, your ligament loose and your body ready for a great workout! We combine intervals of walking and resistance band exercises that will help tone and firm.
